The article is devoted to the consideration of forms of author’s reflection in the lyrics of Georgy Adamovich. Various ways of self-presentation of the lyrical hero are revealed, the main of which is the dialogue with the world, which, from the point of view of the hero, is on the brink of death. Within the given topic, the metamorphoses of this dialogue are traced: from youthful acceptance of the world by the hero to the rejection that reflected the poet’s existential position. The material for the study was the poems of all four poetic collections of G. Adamovich.
