The purpose of the study is to develop, implement and test a new format of psycho-education before psychotherapy sessions – a docking scenario. It allows in a short time to form ideas about how and why it becomes easier for them, clients and patients and their close environment. The study materials and methods included 67 people of prenosological representation (50 women and 17 men) aged 21 to 50 years. Surveys were conducted from January 2017 to November 2019 on the basis of the ICC «Psychometrics» (St. Petersburg, Russia). The methods traditional for psychological practice are involved: observation, questioning, conversation, narrative interviews, questionnaires, mathematical analysis of statistical data.As a result, a greater adherence to psychotherapy and an increased dynamic of the psychotherapeutic process as a whole among people who have mastered the docking scenario are determined in comparison with the data for the control group.Conclusions. The prospects of introducing this format of psychoeducation into clinical (somatic, neurological and psychiatric) practice are obvious in order to obtain new data for and scale up the existing arsenal of psychotherapy.
