The humerus fracture produced during arm wrestling, is typically a short spiroid shaft fracture, between the middle and distal third, sometimes with a third fragment. This fracture is known as "arm wrestler´s fracture" and its usually managed surgically by plate osteosynthesis, although conservative treatment also has good results. We present a case and review of the literature on this typical fracture of a sport that has an increasing number of followers.
