The article deals with the problems of Soviet justice, reflected in the prose by Yury Dombrovsky. Based on historical information, the author examines how the prose by Yury Dombrovsky reflected such problematic aspects of Soviet justice in the 1930s as: politicization, lack of objectivity, baselessness of the accusation, etc.
