The article presents an analysis of mathematical modeling of the hot stamping process, on the basis of which it can be argued that the value of the geometry of the working cavity of the die tooling is of great importance, in particular for economic benefits in the production of tooling. Dies with expanding barbs and a parallel bridge are considered and compared on models.
