In a paper a compressible air boundary layer on a flat plate is modeled. Total Variation Deminition (TVD) scheme is used for compressibility calculation. The longitudinal velocity profile was obtained for two sections perpendicular to the plate plane for different Reynolds numbers. The numerical results are compared with the Blasius’ solution for the laminar case.
