The article presents the results of FMEA-analysis based on integrating uncertainty theories and process failure mode and effects analysis. We provide guidelines for expert groups depending on actual cases with uncertainty. Moreover, for decision-making in terms of remedial actions, we applied convolution approach to the results of the expert group evaluation to reduce it to a single-objective problem of risk management.
