In this paper, it is proposed to use the method of conversion analysis to analyze the activity and sentiment of communities. The research data was collected from social media. The proven technology for analyzing the activity of network groups on electoral topics was used in practice. The results show that in active groups, there is a strong relationship between news and thematic comments associated with it.
