Orang dengan Gangguan Jiwa atau disebut ODGJ masih menjadi stigma di masyarakat, tentunya hal ini akan membuat ODGJ dan keluarga menjadi tidak nyaman, sehingga kekambuhan ODGJ tidak hanya karena putus obat namun karena perilaku masyarakat terhadap ODGJ. Upaya untuk mencegah kekambuhan ODGJ tidak hanya menjadi tugas keluarga tetapi juga masyarakat. Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan kader kesehatan jiwa dalam mejalankan perannya di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah kader kesehatan jiwa yang berada di lingkungan RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang berjumlah 48 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 30 Januari 2020. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kader dalam mencegah kekambuhan ODGJ.  Kata kunci: kekambuhan; ODGJ; kader kesehatan jiwa  FORUM GROUP DISCUSSION AS AN EFFORT TO PREVENT ODGJ RECURRENCE THROUGH THE ROLE OF SOUL HEALTH CARE IN RSJD DR AMINO GONDOHUTOMO CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCE  ABSTRACT People with mental disorders or so-called ODGJ are still a stigma in the community, of course this will make ODGJ and family uncomfortable, so ODGJ recurrence is not only due to drug withdrawal but because of community behavior towards ODGJ. Efforts to prevent ODGJ recurrence are not only a duty of the family but also the community. The purpose of this community service is to evaluate the ability of mental health cadres in carrying out their role in the community. This activity was carried out at Dr Amino Gondohutomo Central Java Province, Central Java. Participants in this activity were mental health cadres who were in the environment of Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Central Java Province, totaling 48 people. The activity was carried out on 30 January 2020. The results of the activity showed an increase in cadre knowledge in preventing ODGJ recurrence.  Keywords: recurrence; ODGJ; mental health cadre
