[Imam Ahmad's Methods of Education from The Qur'an] Turuq al-Imam Ahmed fi al-Istinbat min al-Qur'an

Al-Quran has been revealed by Allah SWT consisting all of the religion teachings, a few of them explained in detail and  lots of it still in general (mujmal). Thus, Allah delegates the explanation of His Quran to the Muhammad PBUH so that the Sunnah will discuss the laws brought by Quran in detail. The secrets of such explanations only could be understood by the scholars who have the greatest knowledge and the deepest pious. That is happening to Imam Ahmed ibn Hanbal, a great scholar among the greatest in term of al-Qur’an, Sunnah and Islamic jurisprudence teachings. Therefore, the factor brings the study to be carried out, to fulfill the needs of community and its problems through the methods based on ijtihadic approach. This approach is only can be conducted by the specialist who fulfill all of its conditions. The study collects data form al-Qur’an, Sunnah and other resources such as Islamic authoritative jurisprudence books. Its aims are to describe the concept of istinbat (the production process of Islamic laws), its types and the Sharia goals from its existence at any authoritative source. Then, this kind of istinbat will be implemented on the several jurisprudence issues whether the source is firm or not in term of its clues. The differences of Islamic jurisprudence approachment also will be expressed in this matter. As conclusion, we should know the concept of istinbat is very important to be take care of. We need more study and research to explore especially the principles and ways of istinbat and the implementations  of istinbat from the scholars books, such as Imam Ahmad to bring out the Islamic laws and its goals from al-Qur’an. Keywords :Imam Ahmad, Al-Quran, Methods of Islamic Laws Issuance.   أنزل الله القرآن المجيد مشتملًا على الدين كله، بعضه مفصل والكثير منه مجمل، وقد وكل الله - تعالى - تبيين الكتاب المجيد ، وتفصيله إلى رسوله محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ، ومن ثم جاءت السنة مبينة لما أبهم ومفصلة لما أجمل، ولا يصل إلى استخراج كنوزه، واستنباط جواهره إلا مَنْ تبحر في العلوم الشرعية، ونحسب أنَّ الإمام احمد  -رحمه الله- كذلك، فقد كان أحد الأئمة البارزين في القرآن والسنة والفقه،والذي يدفع إلى البحث في مجال الاستنباط، رجاء أن يفيء ببيان حاجات العصر الاجتماعية، ومشكلاته المتعددة، عن طريق الاستدلال بها استدلالاً قائما على الاجتهاد، مِمَّنْ توافرت فيهم عناصر الاجتهاد وشروطه من علماء المسلمين، وتظهر مشكلة البحث، أن هناك استنباطات ليس لها مستند شرعي معترف به بين أهل هذا الفن وليس عندهم أهلية الاستنباط فيحصل الانحراف في النتيجة، ومنهجية البحث هي جمع مادة البحث من الكتب المعتمدة ودراستها وتحليلها، ومن ثَمَّ إبراز الطرق التي نهجها الإمام أحمد في الاستنباط، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد مفهوم الاستنباط وأنواعه والمقصد الشرعي من وروده على الدلائل الشرعية، ومن ثم تحديد أثر ورود الاستنباط في سياق الاستدلال على المسائل الفرعية الفقهية، مع بيان الاتجاهات الفقهية في هذه المسألة. الاستنباطُ ربط كلامٍ له معنى بمدلول الآيةِ، بأي نوع من أنواع الربطِ، كأن يكون بدلالة إشارةٍ أو دلالة مفهومٍ، أو غيرها، وتوصل الباحث إلى نتائج من أهمها: أن الاستنباط من القران الكريم شامل لجميع الآيات القرآنية ولا يقتصر على عدد من الآيات، كما أنه شامل لجميع ما يحتاجه الناس في كل شؤنهم، ولا يمكن الاستغناء بالقرآن الكريم عن السنة النبوية بل هما صنوان ومصدران أساسيان لشريعتنا، ثم إن أنواع الاستنباط متعددة من جهات كثيرة منها الفقهي، والعقدي، والتربوي، ومنها الاستنباط الكلي والجزئي، وغير ذلك، والخلاصة لابد أن نعرف بأن موضوع الاستنباط من المواضيع العلمية المهمة التي لا يزال بحاجة لمزيد من البحث والدراسة، من ناحية تأصيل قواعده، وطرقه، ومن ناحية تطبيقه على كتب العلماء لاستخراج الأحكام والمعاني من كتاب الله تعالى.   كلمات مفتاحية: الإمام أحمد، القرآن، طرق الاستنباط.
