
PENGETAHUAN UNTUK MENGHASILKAN INOVASI PENGAJARAN DALAM KALANGAN GURU INOVATIF PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Knowledge is very important in the production of an innovation. In creating teaching innovations, teachers need to have a variety of specific knowledge. Unfortunately, the lack of knowledge is one of the issues of teachers' inability to innovate. Therefore, there is a need to address the methods used by innovative teachers to overcome this problem. This study was conducted qualitatively on two Innovative Islamic Education Teachers (IIET). Half-structured interviews were conducted with them. The findings showed two major themes, namely; how to increase knowledge, and collaboration. There were four sub-themes for knowledge enhancement, namely; online guidelines, virtual courses, attending workshops, and meeting with experts. Meanwhile, the sub-themes for collaboration were; 1) collaborating with fellow teachers, and 2) collaborating with students.

Abstrak: Pengetahuan sangat penting dalam penghasilan sesuatu inovasi. Dalam menghasilkan inovasi pengajaran, guru perlu mempunyai pengetahuan tertentu yang pelbagai. Malangnya kekurangan pengetahuan adalah antara isu ketidak mampuan guru untuk menghasilkan inovasi. Oleh itu, terdapat keperluan untuk merungkai kaedah yang digunakan oleh guru inovatif bagi mengatasi masalah ini. Kajian dijalankan secara kualitatif terhadap dua Guru Inovatif Pendidikan Islam (GIPI). Temu bual separas struktur dijalankan terhadap mereka. Dapatan menonjolkan dua tema besar, iaitu; cara menambah pengetahuan, dan kolaborasi. Sub-tema bagi cara menambah pengetahuan ada empat, iaitu; panduan dalam talian, kursus secara maya, menghadiri bengkel, dan bertemu dengan pakar. Sub-tema bagi kolaborasi pula ada dua, iaitu; kolaborasi dengan rakan guru, dan kolaborasi dengan pelajar.
