В последние годы в России перестал расти объем добычи водных биоресурсов, слабо развиваются частное предпринимательство и процессы цифровой трансформации в РХК. Пандемия COVID-19 ускорила необходимость использования цифрового экосистемного подхода в организации деятельности РХК. Предлагается проводить цифровую трансформацию РХК конгруэнтно с созданием новых технологий глубокой переработки водных биоресурсов и развитием рециклинга. Процесс технологической модернизации РХК необходимо выстраивать с учетом ранжированной системы ценностей: Человек – Общество – Природа – Технологии – Экономика. Он отличается человекоцентричностью создаваемой цифровой экосистемы РХК и способен дать синергетический эффект. Представлен алгоритм жизненного цикла новой продукции в контексте государственно-частного партнерства. Предлагаемый подход позволит повысить производство Hi – Tech продукции с обеспечением устойчивого развития РХК и экономики приморских регионов России. In recent years, the volume of the extraction of aquatic biological resources in Russia has ceased to grow, private entrepreneurship and digital transformation processes in the fishery industry are underdeveloped. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the need to use a digital ecosystem approach in organizing the activities of the fishery industry. It is proposed to carry out the digital transformation of the fishery industry congruently with the creation of the new technologies for deep processing of aquatic biological resources and the development of recycling. The process of technological modernization of the fishery industry should be built taking into account the ranked system of values: Man - Society - Nature - Technology - Economy. It is distinguished by the human-centricity of the created digital ecosystem of the fishery industry and is able to give a synergistic effect. The algorithm of the lifecycle of new products in the context of public-private partnership is presented. The proposed approach will increase the production of Hi-Tech products with ensuring the sustainable development of the fishery industry and the economy of the coastal regions of Russia.
