Qualitative characteristics of educational environment for marine and shipbuilding professionals training

Возможности роста экономики и ее отраслей в значительной степени определяются характеристиками человеческих ресурсов, формирующих рабочую силу настоящего и будущих периодов. В современных реалиях многие сектора национальной экономики сталкиваются как с количественным, так и с качественным несоответствием потребностей в специалистах предложению рабочей силы на соответствующих рынках труда. В этом отношении морская и судостроительные отрасли исключением не являются. Необходимость решения обозначенной проблемы определяет значимость исследования текущего состояния образовательной среды, формирующей профессионально-квалификационный базис развития морской и судостроительной отраслей промышленности. В статье рассматриваются основные элементы образовательной среды и их качественные характеристики, а также осуществляется исследование направлений повышения эффективности функционирования образовательной среды через качественное преобразование ее отдельных элементов, что является весьма актуальным. На основе методов библиографии, анализа, синтеза и принципа детерминизма охарактеризовано качественное состояние основных элементов образовательной среды. Сделан вывод о том, что в современных условиях образовательной среде подготовки кадров морских и судостроительных профессий необходимо развивать международную составляющую образовательного процесса и принципы концепции обучения через всю жизнь. The economy and its industries growth opportunities are largely determined by the characteristics of human resources that form the labor force of the present and future periods. Currently many sectors of national economy face both quantitative and qualitative inconsistencies in the needs of personnel and labour supply in respective labor markets. And In this regard, the maritime and shipbuilding industries are not an exception. The need to solve this problem determines the importance of research of the current state of the educational environment, which forms the professional and qualification basis for the marine and shipbuilding industries development. The article considers the main elements of the educational environment and their qualitative characteristics. It also studies possible directions of educational environment effectiveness improvement through the qualitative transformation of its elements. All these seems to be very urgent. On the basis of scientific methods of bibliography research, analysis, synthesis and on the basis of principle of determinism the qualitative condition of educational environment main elements are characterized. It is justified that in the current circumstances for the educational environment of growing professionals for marine and shipbuilding industries it's obligatory to develop international component of educational process as well as positive attitude towards the principles of long-life education realization.
