В статье рассмотрен процесс создания системы и механизма управления технологичностью судовых конструкций, сделана попытка создания единого подхода к теоретической оценке технологичности. Определены основные задачи обеспечения технологичности судовых корпусных конструкций на этапе проектирования и подготовки производства, а также пути реализации этих задач в условиях создания информационной модели конструкции и ее дальнейшего применения в процессе конструкторско-технологической подготовки судостроительного производства. Приведен ожидаемый эффект внедрения от решения проблемы обеспечения технологичности судовых корпусных конструкций на судостроительном предприятии. Представлена информационная модель судовой корпусной конструкции с учетом оценки параметров технологичности и показана взаимосвязь между рассматриваемыми объектами технологической схемы. Проведен анализ проработки деталей судовых корпусных конструкции на технологичность. Приведена схема системы анализа технологичности судовой корпусной конструкции. Определен характер проблемы обеспечения технологичности и направление разработки структуры и создания единой методики проработки деталей на технологичность. The article considers the process of creating a system and mechanism for managing the manufacturability of ship structures, and attempts to create a unified approach to the theoretical assessment of manufacturability. The main tasks of ensuring the manufacturability of ship hull structures at the design and pre-production stage, as well as ways to implement these tasks in the conditions of creating an information model of the structure and its further application in the process of design and technological preparation of shipbuilding production, are defined. The expected implementation effect of solving the problem of ensuring the manufacturability of ship hull structures at a shipbuilding enterprise is given. An information model of a ship's hull structure is presented, taking into account the assessment of technological parameters, and the relationship between the considered objects of the technological scheme is shown. The analysis of working out details of ship hull structures on manufacturability is carried out. The scheme of the system for analyzing the manufacturability of a ship's hull structure is presented. The nature of the problem of ensuring manufacturability and the direction of developing the structure and creating a unified methodology for working out details for manufacturability are determined.
