This study aims to identify the affective level of digital citizens among Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris students based on the concept of Respect, Educate & Protect or better known as the concept of REP. This study involved a total of 500 students from nine different faculties. Likert scale questionnaire instruments had been used to obtain feedback. Affective digital citizenship divided into three sub-constructs: self-respect and others, educating oneself and others, and protecting oneself and others. The results of the study have found that the affective level of student digital citizens is high, with a mean value of 4.46 with a standard deviation of 0.43. The effect of understanding digital citizenship can produce excellent and prudent digital citizens. The findings have shown that the awareness of students according to the concept of REP shapes students into ethical and responsible digital citizens online.
