The problem of finding relevant information and news for any field of activity is always relevant. Web-sitesbecome obsolete both structurally and informationally, more and more often users have to look for information on disparate resources, and as a business tool websites are no longer a quick and easy to im-plement solution. This paper is devoted tothe consideration of the possibility of using mobile applications, together or instead of classic sites, to solve regional problems for administrations of small cities and small businesses in the regions.
