The mediation is not only an alternative mean for conflict resolution, it is also a culture of communication, developing particular skills, coveted by the today's employers. The possibility of introducing mediation as a discipline in the higher schools is examined in the report. Based on the examined forms of education, offered by foreign and Bulgarian Higher Schools conclusions and summaries are made.
