Digital transformation is a complex and long process in which technologies are used to optimize the time and costs that are invested in various activities of public life. By using the innovations and advances of information technology, the mediation process can become faster and more transparent, facilitate access to mediation in cross-border disputes and save significant costs and time for the parties in mediation proceedings.
