The article analyzes the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic to international law. Several problematic blocks in international practice in the context of pandemic have been identified. The level of compliance of states with their international obligations in the field of public health is shown. The interdependence between quarantine restrictions and the obligation of states in the field of human rights protection has been revealed.
