The present paper is a detailed analysis of the cultivation of college English teachers’ comprehensive abilities. Language abilities, knowledge and culture-transmitting abilities, morality integration abilities and administrative abilities are analyzed in detail respectively in a bid to come up with ways to enhance these abilities.
