В статье раскрываются основные мотивы возрастающего интереса всего мирового сообщества к Арктике. Обозначены целевые установки и стратегические приоритеты арктической политики циркумполярных стран. Сделан вывод, что они существенно отличаются от целей и приоритетов арктической политики России. The article reveals the main motives of the growing interest of the entire world community to the Arctic. The targets and strategic priorities of the Arctic policy of the circumpolar countries are indicated. It is concluded that they differ significantly from the goals and priorities of Russias Arctic policy.
