The 3-4,5 HHzMMIC quadrature coupler model ispresented. The designingprocess wasperformedat AWR Software1® Microwave Office. The resulting model includes the estimation of key electrical attributes: amplitude-frequency and standing wave ratio indicators. The model could be effectively used in trcmsmit-receive and measuring equipment.
