The objective of the work is to implement concepts of LC (Lean Construction) and BIM (Building Information Modeling) to the administrative management of the construction process of low-income family housing (up to 42.50 m2 and 200 minimum wages) carried out in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico, to evaluate possible economic and time benefits in the realization of the building. Taking actual production measurements of activities with Balance Letters, to demonstrate the level of production of workers, focusing only on the stages of analysis and construction. Subsequently, with the results obtained, a new proposal for the management of the work with the BIM methodology was made, performing a 3D model in Revit of the houses and with the results obtained from the productive work and the Naviswork software, a BIM 4D project was obtained, focused on the construction time of the work. In relation to the analysis of the productivity carried out, clear and concise solutions are exposed, for the increase of this concept in the development of the work studied.
