Calcium phosphate spheres was synthesized by hydrothermal method and used to make anti-sensitivity Toothpaste. The toothpaste was used to apply on dentin surface daily. The calcium phosphate facilitated more remineralization effect as the applied time was 7 days compared to fewer days. The new remineralized layer leads to approximately 22% decrease of micro hardness of dentin.
