The article discusses modern approaches to the organization of anti-crisis management of hotel enterprises in a crisis and increased factors of uncertainty and instability of the external environment. The authors examined the impact of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic on the Russian hospitality market, analyzed the current problems in the indus-try that have developed as a result of the new crisis. Also, an analysis was made of a number of approaches to the exit of hotel enterprises from a crisis situation. At the end of the article, reasonable conclusions and recommendations are made that can be used to level the consequences of the coro-navirus pandemic.
