T The article reveals the content of a new approach to the management of an industrial enterprise, which is focused not only on economic, but also on environmental and social characteristics. Such an approach, in particular, can be promoted through the im-plementation of an appropriate tariff and in-vestment policy. The authors identify trends in the transformation of methods for forming this policy, taking into account ESG factors. The novelty of the proposals put forward by the authors consists in substantiating the feasibility of conducting the tariff and invest-ment policy of industrial enterprises based on the balance of interests of stakeholders
