The article is devoted to the actual issues of entrepreneurship and government interac-tion efficiency increasing. In case of entre-preneurship sectors from the European North of Russia it is established the lack of institutional infrastructure, the weak entre-preneurship involvement to the public-private partnership. The main plan packages, which could increase the regional entrepreneurship development efficiency, are proposed.
