The effect of alumina wet mechanical grinding time on its fineness as well as subsequent solid-phase transformations and sintering of multicomponent ceramic mass based on it upon heating to 1000 °C was studied using x-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis, nitrogen adsorption, granulometry and dilatometry.
