The aim of this research was to examine the application of turkey forage processing technology to the productivity of the turkey. The materials observed were turkey in Undaan District, the feed ingredients were CP 511 commercial feed, forage in the form of water hyacinth, and rice bran. The research method uses descriptive quantitative method. Sampling was done by purposive random sample to represent the area of ​​the area used as the research site (15 breeders in 1 district). The research parameters included the application of forage processing technology at the level of the turkey farmer and the productivity of the turkey. The results showed that the turkey breeders in Undaan sub-district on average used mechanical forage processing. Processing of forage is carried out using a machine or manually with a knife. Forage turkey feed in the form of water hyacinth before being given to chopped livestock, then added with concentrate and bran in a ratio of 6: 1: 3. Mixing is done manually in a bucket with a capacity of 40 liters. The conclusion of thus research was that mechanical processing technology in the form of chopping can facilitate the mixing of feed and increase feed consumption thereby increasing the productivity of turkey.
