 Islam readily being a natural religion provides a complete code of conduct to human being. According to Islam, concept of state, the sense of responsibility has too much importance. The essence of responsibility gives birth to social progress and success. Contrary to this, societies and nations, who are irresponsible and insincere cannot achieve their set goals and targets. It is crystal clear in teachings of Muhammad (PBUH) that Islam has given the supreme idea of responsibility in every aspect of life, which proves the way for a progressive society. Conduct of responsibility is the first and foremost pillar of Islam. In current era lack of training results in attraction of individual and collective mindset. The sense of responsibility is in fact the foundation of an Islamic state according to the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The sense of responsibility in education, politics, economics and social areas can bring pleasant change and real success. The idea of responsibility is of utmost significance according to modern trends of affairs. Therefore, the foundation is laid for a progressive and modern state owing to responsibility the light of Seerat-e-Nabi.
