Adolescence is a period of development of emotional sensitivity and self-awareness. The entire family may be impacted, necessitating professional assistance. As the teenager approaches freedom, there is certain to be some turbulence and outbursts. Certain individuals abruptly depart their family, while others gradually achieve independence, while others stay incredibly reliant. To gain a full understanding of mental health difficulties, the present paper has attempted to compile materials in order to gain a better understanding of the prevalence of mental health difficulties among teenagers.KEY WORDS: Adolescents, Interventions, Mental Health, Social Work.
