This study shows that there is effectiveness of smocked throw pillow production as work determinant among the trainer: input to community improvement plan for research and extension of LSPU, it sought to answer the following evaluation questionnaire, (1) Work Determinant among the Trainer in terms as a Trainee, Perception on trainors manner in handling trainees and Coordination and Networking, (2) Community Improvement Plan in terms of Beneficiaries are participating in all stages of the production, Local skill, knowledge and practices are mobilized in the production, Programs emphasize gender sensitivity, Systematic process of production, Program planning Implementation monitoring and assessment of effectiveness, Organizational structure and managementAnd Program emphasize gender sensitivity, (3) Is there significant difference between the Productions as Work among the Trainer to Community Improvement Plan? The descriptive method was used in this study shows that there is effectiveness of smocked throw pillow production as work determinant among the trainer: input to community improvement plan for research and extension of LSPU. The questionnaire was used in the collection of data. The statistical treatment used was mean and standard deviation.
