Antiphospholipid syndrome is accompanied by a number of organ and system lesions: one of them is damage to the nervous system, namely cerebrovascular diseases. In this work, a study of the lesions of the nervous system against the background of rheumatological pathology and signs of antiphospholipid syndrome has been carried out. A relationship has been found between the duration of the rheumatic process and the occurrence of organic brain damage.KEY WORDS: rheumatic diseases, antiphospholipid syndrome, cerebrovascular pathology
