The published data about using of the 1st and 2nd generation antihistamines in the treatment of atopic dermatitis are reviewed in this article. The own data of the morbidity and clinical features of atopic dermatitis in adults, the effectiveness of complex therapy including 1st and 2nd generation antihistamines in patients are presented.
