The use of the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence inInternational Arbitration (IBA Rules) or the Rules on the EfficientConduct of Proceedings in International Arbitration (PragueRules) is not a common practice in national arbitration. This essayis aimed to publicize its content and to explore the possibility ofits use with the current Arbitration and Mediation Law (LAM) orif it is required to propose an amendment to the Law.
