In this article we refer to the evidence in internationalarbitration, doing a parallel between the IBA Rules on theTaking of Evidence in International Arbitration – better knownas the IBA Rules– and the Rules on the Efficient Conductof Proceeding in International Commercial Arbitration –colloquially known as the Prague Rules–, in relation to theproduction of documents, fact witness and expert evidence,especially highlighting the different approach between bothguides.
