The article discusses issues of land policy and land management in the territory of
the Irkutsk province (district) in the 1920s. The author focuses on such moments as: the development
of rental relations, land use of land societies and an independent peasant yard, growth of collective
farms and their unification, preparation of a land fund for immigrants, land use forms, etc.
