SYSTEMATIZATION OF ADAPTIVE FORMS OF MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES BASED ON INTEGRATION

Введение. В статье разработана форма адаптации предприятия к кризисным условиям - структурная на основе вертикальной и горизонтальной интеграции. Показано, что она преследует цель по получению строительными предприятиями дополнительных конкурентных преимуществ. В ходе исследования мы рассмотрели основные предпосылки интеграции и проанализировали возможные негативные последствия, которые могут возникнуть в результате интеграции строительных предприятий, это позволяет оптимизировать управленческие функции. Доказана актуальность темы работы - нерешенность и чрезмерная сложность обозначенной проблемы адаптации строительных предприятий обусловили многоаспектность научных исследований, касающихся формирования методов управления сложными объектами в экономической системе в условиях неопределенности. Данные и методы. Исследование основано на методах научной абстракции, диалектическом и методологическом. На основе изучения теоретических аспектов форм адаптации строительных предприятий, выделены объекты исследования - строительные предприятия, выступающие базовым элементом строительного комплекса РФ. Полученные результаты. Целью данной работы является исследование систематизации адаптационных форм управления строительными предприятиями на основе интеграции. В данном исследовании представлены инструменты управления предприятиями , такие как формы адаптации виде интеграции, которые предприятия могут использовать для эффективного и устойчивого развития. Заключение. В статье представлены идеи использования формы адаптации, такой как интеграция. Указанные проблемы носят теоретико-методологический и научный интерес, а также значительный практический, прикладной характер. Разработки в данном направлении внесут достаточный вклад в развитие управления адаптацией строительных предприятий, их трансформации, положительной реорганизации и интеграции с различными отраслями промышленности не только России, но и ведущими странами мирового сообщества. В статье определены дефиниции, подтверждающие и расширяющие существующие теории инструментов управления предприятиями. Introduction. The article develops a form of adaptation of the enterprise to crisis conditions - structural on the basis of vertical and horizontal integration. It is shown that it pursues the goal of obtaining additional competitive advantages by construction enterprises. In the course of the study, we examined the main prerequisites for integration and analyzed the possible negative consequences that may arise as a result of the integration of construction enterprises, this allows us to optimize management functions. The relevance of the topic of the work is proved - the unresolved and excessive complexity of the designated problem of adaptation of construction enterprises caused the multidimensional nature of scientific research concerning the formation of management methods for complex objects in the economic system under conditions of uncertainty. Data and methods. The research is based on the methods of scientific abstraction, dialectical and methodological. Based on the study of the theoretical aspects of the forms of adaptation of construction enterprises, the objects of research are identified - construction enterprises that act as a basic element of the construction complex of the Russian Federation. The results obtained. The purpose of this work is to study the systematization of adaptive forms of management of construction enterprises based on integration. This study presents enterprise management tools, such as forms of adaptation and integration, which enterprises can use for effective and sustainable development. Conclusion. These problems are of theoretical, methodological and scientific interest, as well as significant practical, applied nature. Developments in this direction will make a sufficient contribution to the development of adaptation management of construction enterprises, their transformation, positive reorganization and integration with various industries not only in Russia, but also in the leading countries of the world community.
