PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF STRUCTURAL MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Введение. Необходимость исследования процессов цифровой трансформации промышленных предприятий обусловлена тем, что в связи с внедрением цифровых технологий происходит появление новых продуктов и услуг, изменения касаются и традиционных моделей управления бизнесом и технологий производства, что должно обеспечить безусловное конкурентное развитие промышленных предприятий. Внедрение в деятельность промышленных предприятий цифровых технологий требует переосмысление всей системы управления, что естественным образом повлечет за собой разработку комплекса мер по устранению проблем, которые будут выявлены при реализации данного процесса. Данные и методы. При исследовании использовались методы семантического анализа, контен-анализ, статистические методы, данные научных и аналитических публикаций по рассматриваемой проблеме, ресурсы сети интернет. Исследование основано на результатах систематизации трудов отечественных и зарубежных специалистов в области управления промышленными предприятиями и их цифровой трансформации. Полученные результаты. Авторами исследованы современные условия деятельности промышленных предприятий. В процессе цифровой трансформации необходим иной подход к управлению предприятиями - структурное управление, имеющий свои особенности, выделенные в работе. В процессе изучения условий функционирования промышленных предприятий отражено понятие цифровой экономики с учетом социальной ответственности. Заключение. Результаты исследования предназначены для разработки концептуальных положений по структурному управлению промышленными предприятиями в условиях цифровой экономике. Структурное управление промышленными предприятиями позволит обеспечить целевые показатели развития в современных условиях. Introduction. The need to study the processes of digital transformation of industrial enterprises is due to the fact that due to the introduction of digital technologies, new products and services are emerging, changes also relate to traditional business management models and production technologies, which should ensure the unconditional competitive development of industrial enterprises. The introduction of digital technologies into the activities of industrial enterprises requires a rethinking of the entire management system, which will naturally entail the development of a set of measures to eliminate problems that will be identified during the implementation of this process. The research is based on the results of systematization of the works of domestic and foreign specialists in the field of industrial enterprise management and their digital transformation. In the process of digital transformation, a different approach to enterprise management is needed - structural management, which has its own features highlighted in the work. In the process of studying the operating conditions of industrial enterprises, the concept of the digital economy is reflected, taking into account social responsibility. Conclusion. The results of the study are intended for the development of conceptual provisions on the structural management of industrial enterprises in the digital economy.
