CONCEPTUAL ASPECTS OF THE GREEN STRATEGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF KNOWLEDGE-INTENSIVE ENTERPRISES

Введение. Статья посвящена обоснованию концептуальных положений эколого-ориентированной стратегии развития наукоемких предприятий. В статье раскрыта сущность становления зеленой экономики, ее роль в развитии социально-экономических систем. Сделан вывод о том, что для повышения эффективности управления инновационной деятельностью наукоемких предприятий с учетом современных вызовов и возможностей, необходимо применять принципы зеленой экономики. Данные и методы. В статье дано определение содержанию зеленой экономики, как системы, обеспечивающей устойчивое развитие субъектов управления, путем снижения экологических рисков и проблем на основе триады экономических, социальных и экологических принципов ответственности. Сделан вывод о важности экоинноваций в деятельности наукоемких предприятий, так как они способствуют наиболее полному использованию их ресурсного потенциала, а также сокращению негативного влияния производственных, социальных и других типов объектов на окружающую природную среду. Стратегическое управление деятельностью наукоемких предприятий целесообразно осуществлять на принципах зеленой экономики, что соответствует современным вызовам и достижениям НТП. Полученные результаты. Авторами предложено содержание эколого-ориентированной стратегии развития наукоемкого предприятия, реализация которой направлена на обеспечение стабильного экономического роста производства и выполнение социальной и экологической ответственности предприятия перед обществом на макро и микроуровнях. Зеленая стратегия развития наукоемкого предприятия - это новая форма активизации инновационной деятельности и создания условий для устойчивого функционирования производства. Заключение. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в качестве теоретической основы для формирования и реализации эколого-ориентированных стратегий развития отечественных наукоемких предприятий. Introduction. The article is devoted to the substantiation of the conceptual provisions of the eco-oriented strategy for the development of knowledge-intensive enterprises. The article reveals the essence of the formation of the green economy, its role in the development of socio-economic systems. It is concluded that in order to improve the efficiency of innovation management of knowledge-intensive enterprises, taking into account modern challenges and opportunities, it is necessary to apply the principles of the green economy. Data and methods. The article defines the content of the green economy as a system that ensures the sustainable development of management entities by reducing environmental risks and problems based on the triad of economic, social and environmental principles of responsibility. The conclusion is made about the importance of eco-innovations in the activities of knowledge-intensive enterprises, as they contribute to the fullest use of their resource potential, as well as to reducing the negative impact of industrial, social and other types of facilities on the environment. It is advisable to carry out strategic management of the activities of knowledge-intensive enterprises on the principles of a green economy, which corresponds to modern challenges and achievements of scientific and technological progress. The results obtained. The authors propose the content of an eco-oriented strategy for the development of a knowledge-intensive enterprise, the implementation of which is aimed at ensuring stable economic growth of production and fulfilling the social and environmental responsibility of the enterprise to society at the macro and micro levels. The green strategy for the development of a knowledge-intensive enterprise is a new form of enhancing innovation and creating conditions for the sustainable functioning of production. Conclusion. The results of the study can be used as a theoretical basis for the formation and implementation of eco-oriented strategies for the development of domestic knowledge-intensive enterprises.
