An osteoma of the external auditory canal is anuncommon benign tumor with an incidenceestimated to be 0.05% of total otologic surgery. Inhead and neck, they most often arise in the frontoethmoidal region and rarely temporal bone.Osteomas usually asymptomatic and discoveredincidentally. A 35 male presented with swelling inright posterior superior part of EAC, without anyhistory of ear picking , swimming or trauma. CTtemporal bone revealed a solitary osteoma, withwas excised surgically. Histopathologicalexamination confirmed Osteoma.
