- Labyrinthine fistula is one of the mostcommon intra-temporal complications ofcholesteatoma. Objective of study is (1) to evaluatethe role of CT Scan in detecting labyrinthinefistulas, (2)to establish fact that fistula grade andlocation have no correlation with surgicalapproaches(CWU Vs CWD mastoidectomyapproach),(3) to study the impact on hearing aftertreatment of labyrinthine fistula and(4) establish amanagement protocol to deal with labyrinthinefistula.
