Background: Tuberculosis is a major globalhealth problem. Tuberculosis may be Pulmonaryor Extrapulmonary. Oro-nasopharyngeal andL a r yngea l tuberculosis a re a form ofExtrapulmonary Tuberculosis. Nasopharyngealtuberculosis presents with neck mass, nasalobstruction, rhinorrhoea, epistaxis, Otalgia,hearing loss and cervical Lymphadenopathy.Common symptom of Laryngeal tuberculosis ishoarseness of voice. This study will increaseawareness regarding Oro-nasopharyngeal /Laryngeal tuberculosis and will help indifferentiating it from Oro-nasopharyngeal /Laryngeal carcinoma.
