The process of economic security is becoming increasingly important
in the security system of organizations. However, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of this process, changes in the parameters of its functioning
within the organization are sometimes required. The search and study of existing difficulties in the economic security process of the base organization
is carried out. Based on the results of the study, a set of innovative proposals
was identified, and a technology was developed to improve the process of ensuring the economic security of the organization.
