The article deals with the question of the high-value role and practical significance of state registers in ensuring economic security of Russia. The article analyzes the doctrinal positions of specialists on this issue, presents the results of an analytical study of the current legislation on the subject of maintaining state registers of “economic profile”, offers technical and legal ways to improve the effectiveness of state registers in the field of economic security of the Russian state.
