The article determines the influence of organized criminal groups on the economic security of the state. The influence of globalization processes on the qualitative characteristics of organized crime is investigated. The author’s position is formulated, which establishes the vector of the optimization of criminal policy to counteract the most developed forms of criminal complicity.
