The article presents the experience of criminal law counteraction to the turnover of sexual goods and services in some foreign countries (Germany, Norway, USA, France, Switzerland, Japan, etc.). The purpose is to identify the most effective mechanisms for countering the turnover of sexual goods and services in foreign countries.
