The article analyzes modern views on the method of legal of offenses committed in the sphere of customs transit procedures. The author pays special attention to the content of the concept and the legal aspects of compliance with the customs transit procedure, in particular, to the subjects of these legal relations. On the basis of the study, the author proposes his own definition of the concept of “administrative responsibility for violation of the customs transit procedure”.
