The criminal-legal standard for combating illegal banking activities has now largely been formed. However, it requires some changes and additions. These changes concern the improvement of the norms of criminal law. At the same time, the establishment of a fair criminal procedure system is of decisive importance for the establishment of law and order in the financial and credit sphere.
