
Legal regulation of authorities of local self-government bodies to create conditions for providing medical assistance to population in the Republic of Crimea

The article analyzes the legal regulation of the powers of local self-government authorities in the field of creating conditions for the provision of medical care to the population in the Republic of Crimea. The peculiarities of legal norms governing the procedure and conditions for the provision of medical care in urban and rural municipalities are highlighted. The paper proposes to eliminate conflicts of the current legislation of the Republic of Crimea in the field of health protection of citizens and providing medical assistance to the population.
